Head Coach / Defensive Coordinator / Director of Football Operations
Trinity College of Florida – Clermont Satellite Campus
Coach Takashi Walker serves as the Head Coach, Defensive Coordinator, and Director of Football Operations for the Trinity College of Florida Tigers. As a Christ-centered leader and former professional football player, Coach Walker is committed to using the game as a platform to develop men of character, discipline, and purpose.
With over a decade of experience in coaching and player development across youth, high school, collegiate-prep, collegiate and professional levels, Coach Walker brings a strong blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and spiritual mentorship. After competing professionally, he transitioned his passion for football into a mission-driven coaching career focused on elevating athletes both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy is rooted in biblical principles, accountability, and servant leadership.
Before joining Trinity College of Florida, Coach Walker founded and directed the PSU Tigers, a Christian-based collegiate-prep program dedicated to academic support, athletic development, and spiritual growth. Under his leadership, PSU officially transitioned into the Trinity College of Florida Tigers, strengthening the program’s structure and aligning it with TCF’s academic and faith-driven mission. As he shared during the transition announcement, “Our mission remains the same, but now with a stronger foundation.”
Coach Walker also operates a respected athlete training academy in the Orlando/Clermont region, where he has spent years helping players improve their technique, speed, football IQ, and overall readiness for higher levels of competition. His background as a professional athlete—and his experience across multiple levels of coaching—give him a unique ability to evaluate talent and develop players intentionally and effectively.
As Head Coach at TCF, Coach Walker oversees program culture, defensive strategy, recruiting, operations, and student-athlete development. His vision is to build a fast, disciplined, spiritually grounded football program that prepares young men for success in college, in life, and in their faith.
